Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free & Subsidized Programs

Most features on Guiding Academics—including student registration, Common Internship Test (CIT 2026), AI resume builder, and job applications—are completely FREE of cost with no fee obligations.

2. Mentorship Sessions Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling by Student: You may reschedule a confirmed 1:1 mentorship booking at least 24 hours prior to the session time without penalty.
• Cancellation by Mentor: In the rare event that a mentor is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered an immediate free reschedule or 100% full refund.
• No-Shows: If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session shall be considered rendered and is non-refundable.

3. Paid Masterclasses & Intensive Bootcamps

For certified live workshops or corporate bootcamps with registration fees:

• 7-Day Window: Full refund is eligible if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the bootcamp commencement date.
• Post-Commencement: Once course materials, recordings, or live access keys are distributed, refund requests cannot be entertained.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working business days through our payment gateway partners.
