2. Mentorship Programs
Full Refund (100%)
Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
Mentor unavailable with no replacement
Technical issues preventing service delivery
Partial Refund (50%)
Cancellation after 24 hours but before first session
Less than 25% of program completed
Mutual agreement between mentor and user
No Refund
More than 50% sessions completed
No-shows or policy violations
Requests after program completion
3. Event Registrations
Full Refund
Event canceled by Guiding Academics
Cancellation 7+ days before event
Technical issues for virtual events
Partial Refund (75%)
Cancellation 3–6 days before event
Event rescheduled without suitable alternative
