1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering on Guiding Academics ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from accessing our services.

2. User Accounts & Verification

To access certain features such as assessments, 1:1 mentorship, and job applications, you must create a student or mentor account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Platform Code of Conduct

• Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, use of unauthorized third-party solvers during timed assessments or contests, and fraudulent submissions will lead to immediate account suspension.
• Respectful Interaction: All communications with mentors, recruiters, and fellow candidates must remain professional and respectful.
• Accurate Information: You certify that all academic records, degrees, and work experiences provided on your profile and resume builder are authentic.

4. Mentorship & Masterclass Participation

Mentorship sessions and masterclass enrollments are subject to mentor availability. Cancellation or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All test questions, curriculum frameworks, proprietary platform designs, code evaluators, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Guiding Academics.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guiding Academics connects students with recruiters and mentors but does not guarantee employment offers, placement outcomes, or specific compensation packages.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
