From Curious Beginner to Full-Stack Professional
Starting as a B.Tech CSE student with curiosity and determination, Harsh Raj transformed his learning journey into a full-stack development success story.
Harsh Raj began his professional journey as a B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering student at Birla Institute of Technology, Patna (Batch 2021). Like many aspiring engineers, he started with a strong academic foundation and a growing curiosity about how real-world software products are built.
His turning point came when he joined REDN as a Frontend Intern. During this internship, Harsh was trained extensively in frontend development, where he gained hands-on experience with modern web technologies and design principles. This practical exposure helped him understand how user-centric interfaces are crafted and optimized for performance and usability.
Recognizing his potential and enthusiasm for learning, the organization further trained him as a Backend Developer. This phase marked a significant shift in his career path. Harsh dived deep into server-side development, databases, and application logic, gradually building a complete understanding of how frontend and backend systems work together seamlessly.
Over time, Harsh evolved into a full-stack developer, confidently handling both design and development responsibilities. His technical expertise now spans HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Laravel, PHP, and SQL. With consistent practice and problem-solving, he successfully completed and delivered more than 15 real-world projects, strengthening his ability to build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.
This journey not only sharpened his technical skills but also fueled his passion for technology and software development. Today, Harsh Raj stands as a versatile Frontend Designer and Backend Developer, driven by continuous learning, innovation, and the desire to build impactful digital solutions.
